Spring Sports Physicals!  

Coastal Lab Medical Bus will be coming to St. James on Wednesday January 20th from 3:00- 7pm.  Located in the parking lot near the softball fields. The cost will be $20. Physical forms can be found below or picked up in the athletics department. The medical history portion MUST BE signed and completed by parent/guardian in order to be seen by the doctor.  It is strongly recommended that parents/guardians accompany the athlete and bring their insurance cards.  Sign up times located below.
